1. Eligibility

1. The Live Queen of Hearts Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by G SQUARED MEDIA, LLC ("Sponsor"). It is open to legal residents of the United States, its territories and possessions, Canada (except Quebec), England, and other countries and jurisdictions where participation is not prohibited by applicable law. Entrants must be at least seventeen(17) years old at the time of participation. Employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor or anyone directly connected to the management of the Sweepstakes, computer systems, or security systems are not eligible to participate.
2. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to and accept these Official Rules in their entirety, including the final and binding decisions made by Sponsor. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements outlined in these Official Rules.

2. Promotion Period/Sweepstakes Periods

The Promotion Period for the Sweepstakes begins on July 15, 2019, and ends on July 14, 2023, or when the final game ends after reaching the Total Prize amount.

Winning Entry Selection/Odds

Selection: Sponsor will randomly draw tokens twice a week, once on Wednesday and once on [insert day]. Participants will be contacted through the Live Queen of Hearts application or by phone and will have two (2) minutes to respond. Once a participant responds, they will have the opportunity to select from available cards. Each card has a corresponding prize, with the Queen of Hearts being the Grand Prize. If a participant does not respond within two (2) minutes, another token will be randomly drawn.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

5. Winner Notification

Winner Notification: Once a card is selected, the winner will be immediately notified of their prize. The potential winner will be contacted by Sponsor within two (2) days and must verify their eligibility to claim the prize within seven (7) days. If the winner fails to provide verification, the prize amount will be returned to the Prize Pool.

6. Prize Pool

The Prize Pool is a variable amount specified on the application landing page. After the Queen of Hearts is selected, the Prize Pool will reset. Sponsor reserves the right to cap the total Prize Pool amount at their discretion.
